The Content is protected by Canadian and international laws, including copyright, trademark, trade dress and other intellectual property laws.

All images on this site are for viewing only. To publish or use in any other way, a picture seen on the Site, you must first obtain a written licensing agreement.

Your (where "Your" or "You" means the person or entity named and registered as account holder or person accessing the site without registering) use of this website (the "Site") is subject to the terms and conditions of use ("Site Terms"). The Site Terms do not alter the terms or conditions of any other agreement you may have with Ron Poling.

By using this Site, you represent and warrant that you are over the age of 18 and are lawfully able to accept these Site Terms. If you are using the Site on behalf of a employer, client or other third party (collectively "Principal"), then you agree to be jointly and severally liable for any breach of these Site Terms by Principal; you further represent and warrant that you are authorized to accept these Site Terms on such Principal's behalf, and that such Principal agrees to indemnify Ron Poling for violations of these Site Terms.

This Site and Content are intended solely for Ron Poling's clients and registered users. You are specifically prohibited from: (a) downloading, copying, or re-transmitting any or all of the Site or Content without, or in violation of, a written license or agreement with Ron Poling; (b) manipulating or otherwise displaying the Site or the Content by using framing or similar web page linking technology; (c) using any data mining, robots or similar data gathering or extraction methods; (d) violating the mechanical restrictions of this Site, or bypassing other measures employed to prevent or limit access to this Site by hacking or other means; (f) using or uploading to this Site any device, software that would interfere with the proper functioning of this Site, or any transaction conducted via this Site; (g) using or publishing Content without first obtaining in writing, all necessary permissions relating to personal and property rights.

You represent and warrant that you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including, without limitation, those relating to the Internet, data, e-mail, copyright, trade mark and privacy.

How We Use Personal Information Collected Online

We will not use your personal information for any purpose other than that for which it is submitted. We use personal information to reply to enquiries, handle complaints, provide operational notices and in program record-keeping. We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to any other party.

Governing Law

These Site Terms will be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. You agree not to bring any of action relating to the use of this Site or the interpretation of these Site Terms in any court in any jurisdiction other than the Province of Ontario, Canada and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of The Province of Ontario, Canada in the event that any matter related to these Site Terms is brought to court.

Termination

Notwithstanding any of these Site Terms, Ron Poling reserves the right, without notice and in his sole discretion, to terminate your account and/or to block your use of the Site.

No Waiver

The failure of Ron Poling at any time to require performance by You of any provision of these Site Terms shall in no way affect the right of Ron Poling to enforce such provision, nor shall the waiver of any breach by You of any provision herein constitute a waiver of any succeeding breach or the provision itself.
